Founder-engineer · Bangkok, Thailand
I build production systems that have to sell—and stay up.
I direct AI coding teams across product, code, infrastructure, and growth—combining modern execution speed with the engineering discipline production software still demands.

I spent the first part of my career in Moscow (2008-2015), learning how money moves through a business: marketing at a brokerage, monetization at a game studio, and ad budgets that kept me up at night. I ended that decade running a company and seeing firsthand what makes one succeed or stall.
In 2016, I moved from marketing into the systems behind the business. I built and grew an e-commerce company of my own, with most sales automated. I then joined OSNOVA—one of Russia's largest real estate developers—to lead its web projects and oversee every company site.
In 2021, I moved to Thailand for a formal software engineering degree at Prince of Songkla University. That same year, I founded Lotus Web Agency. By 2026, Thailand had become home—I met my family here, and we built our life in Bangkok. I run Lotus Web Agency from here, with a team I trust across Asia.
That background still shapes every technical decision I make. I care about clean architecture, but also the conversion path it supports, the operating burden it creates, and the commercial constraint it has to survive. I ran marketing budgets and a P&L before I wrote production code, so the systems I build stay wired to the business they serve. I work like a practitioner-researcher: decisions start with evidence, alternatives, and constraints, then meet reality in production.
AI has increased the scale at which I can execute. I direct specialized coding agents as a team: I define the architecture and boundaries, split work into bounded streams, control context and dependencies, challenge output through independent review, and integrate the result myself. AI supplies speed and range; engineering judgment, verification, and ownership stay human.
The tools are new. My definition of done is deliberately old-fashioned: understood, tested, reviewable, observable, reversible, and owned.
I set the commercial constraint, architecture, interfaces, acceptance criteria, and risk boundaries before distributing the work.
Specialized agents work in bounded scopes. I control their context and dependencies, compare approaches, and use independent reviews to expose blind spots.
I accept only work that passes the project's real gates: review, tests, types, lint, security, CI/CD, observability, rollback, and documentation.
You can inspect the production work behind the promise: Hushscript is a live SaaS product I designed and built, and the open container images I maintain have passed 35K+ Docker Hub pulls.
I work across the layers that usually get handed between specialists, keeping the product, code, infrastructure, and commercial goal connected.
Web applications, SaaS products, and e-commerce systems, from architecture and implementation to launch, integration, and ongoing operation.
CI/CD, containers, reproducible environments, and infrastructure automation that make delivery fast, predictable, and recoverable.
Bounded multi-agent execution, controlled context, dependency coordination, independent review, and human accountability for every integration.
Core Web Vitals, runtime and database performance, caching, and real-world tuning tied to user experience and conversion.
Structured data, crawlability, consent-aware measurement, and conversion paths treated as system requirements—not decoration after launch.
Technical direction, observability, fault tolerance, and recovery plans sized to the system's real risks and operating budget.
